Very few people can truly say that they are born & bred advertisers. Renuka is one such person. Having followed her mother’s footsteps, advertising was a natural choice of career, thus being able to proudly say so.
Renuka takes on numerous roles as head of the Agency from strategist, tormentor, negotiator, leader, friend, foe, good cop and bad cop, but her most pivotal role is being a challenger, motivator and non-conformist; not only in the context of the Agency, but also with her clients, helping them achieve their business goals. Good examples of these Client partnerships are Prima, AIA Insurance and Australian Customs & Border Protection Service.
Renuka has also been a Past President of the International Advertising Association (IAA) – Sri Lanka Chapter, a jury member at Effie Sri Lanka and Brand Excellence organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
